Know God

Did you know that you were created in the image of God and that God loves you?

Did you know that our sinful thoughts and actions
have separated us from a holy and righteous God, which results in eternal condemnation?
Did you know that God sent his only son
Jesus Christ to die in our place…
And that through his shed blood
we might be forgiven of our sins and inherit eternal life?
To be forgiven & saved you have to accept the Gospel…
Pastor Greg Laurie explains what the gospel is in 90 seconds.
Have you personally asked for His forgiveness and placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior?
To begin a relationship with Christ,by faith alone, you must “confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, [and] you will be saved” (Romans 10:9 NKJV).

The following “sinner’s prayer” has been provided as an example for you to follow…

Dear Lord Jesus,
I know I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins and that You are the resurrected Son of God. Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and life to You. Would You become my personal Lord and Savior? Thank You for saving me! Amen.
Did you just pray to receive Christ?
If you just prayed that prayer and meant it, Jesus Christ has now taken residence in your heart!
Your decision to follow Christ means God has forgiven you and that you will spend eternity in heaven with Him.
Now what?
The Bible says, “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore be imitators of God as dear children” (1 John 3:1 & Ephesians 5:1 NKJV).
It’s now time to put your faith in action, and grow in your relationship with God.
Get a Bible and start reading it; the Gospel of John is a great place to start.
Go to church regularly to learn more of God’s Word and to connect with your new spiritual family in Christ; we’d be blessed to have you join our community of believers here at Calvary Chapel.
And Pray, God wants to continue to hear from you!
